After you have read the Rental Agreement,
fill out the Rental Application and click the
"Submit Application"  box.   When I receive
it,  I will send you the address where you
may mail your security deposit via personal
or cashier check.
This security deposit is used for two
reasons.  One, if you agree to rent the house
for a certain time period, then change your
mind at the last minute, I will keep the
deposit to help offset the cost of lost
rental income from other potential renters.
Secondly,  the $500 deposit will be
returned to you in full after an inspection of
the property and it is determined that no
major damage, breakage, or costly repair is
involved.
Your name
Please list the names and  ages of all people who will be staying at the rental
house.    In the case of adults, approximate ages are fine.  
I hereby apply to rent the above described premises for the term and  conditions set forth.  I
warrant that all statements above are true and not misrepresented in any way. By initialing the
adjacent box, I agree that if any statement made above is  a misrepresentation or a not true
statement of facts, all of the deposit will be forfeited and the rental agreement shall be void
and canceled,  and all other terms of the rental agreement shall be void, terminated & forfeited.
